自闭症儿童缺乏“心理理论”吗?——基于神经现象学的解读 被引量:11

Do Autistic Children Lack the "Theory of Mind"?——From the Perspective of Neurophenomenology

摘要 心理理论这一概念将儿童心智阅读能力视作一种基于规则或逻辑的推理,并以此设计出了错误信念任务等经典任务。大量研究显示自闭症儿童在这些任务上的表现不佳,因此该群体被认为是缺少心理理论的"心灵盲"。基于对心理理论概念及其元理论的分析,并在神经现象学视角下结合镜像神经元研究、自闭症儿童的主观报告及其行为的现象学描述,本文尝试揭示:自闭症儿童在心智阅读过程中并非缺乏甚至有可能是过度依赖心理理论所预设的推理能力,而导致该群体心智阅读困难的根本原因在于其丧失了一种在日常人际交流方面最基本的前反思的交互主体性体验。 According to the "theory of mind," children's mind reading is viewed as reasoning on the basis of rules or logic;as a result,classical tasks,such as the false belief task,have been designed.Researches show that autistic children perform poorly in these tasks,and that they are thus considered as "mindblind".Through an analysis of the concept of the "theory of mind" and its meta-theory,and on the basis of the study of mirror neurons,as well as the phenomenological description of autistic children's subjective reports and behavior from the perspective of neurophenomenology,this article seeks to reveal that in mind reading,autistic children do not lack but place over-reliance on the reasoning presupposed on the basis of the "theory of mind";in fact,the essential cause for their difficulty in mind reading is their loss of the pre-reflection intersubjective experience,which is most common in daily interpersonal communications.
