摘要
目的探讨经阴道彩色多普勒超声对不全性药物流产的诊断价值及声像图特点。方法应用经阴道彩色多普勒超声,观察分析182例不全性药物流产可疑病例的二维声像图及血流特点,并经刮宫病理证实。结果 182例不全性药物流产可疑病例中,经刮宫病理确诊宫内药物流产不全168例。经阴道彩色多普勒超声诊断药物流产不全的灵敏度为96.4%,特异度为78.6%,准确性为95.0%,阳性预测值为98.2%,阴性预测值为64.7%。结论经阴道彩色多普勒超声在不全性药物流产的诊断中有重要临床价值。
Objective To evaluate the applied value of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasonography（TVCDUS） for diagnosing incomplete medical abortion（ICMA） and to analyze the features of ultrasonic imaging.Methods A hundred and eighty-two female patients with clinically suspected ICMA whose 2D ultrasonic imaging and blood flow signals were observed and analyzed for each case.Results Uterine curettage and pathology demonstrated that there were 168 cases of ICMA in 182 patients with clinically suspected ICMA.The sensitivity, specificity,accuracy,positive predictive value,and negative predictive value of TVCDUS for diagnosing ICMA were 96.4%,78.6%,95.0%, 98.2%,and 64.7%,respectively.Conclusion TVCDUS has important clinical value for diagnosing ICMA.
