摘要
真实的生产现场里并不存在所谓的"无技能"工人,工人的know-how在现实生产中发挥着重要作用。文章首先用描述性的方式定义了know-how的所指,并根据其与技术问题解决上的相关性将其划分为技术性know-how和非技术性know-how,进而从理论和实践两方面证实了这种know-how的真实存在以及在克服异化方面发挥的作用,并在最后抛出了可选择的现代性的问题。
This article pointed out that there in no real ＂unskilled＂ workers in the real production site,because know-how will play an important role.The article first defines descriptively the know-how as technical know-how and non-technical know-how according to the relationship with technology involved in the problem-solving.Then the author analyzed the justification from theoretic and practical perspectives,and its role in overcoming the alienation.At the end of the paper,the problem concerned about alternatives of modernity has been posed.
