儿童塑型性支气管炎1例 被引量：2

摘要 1病例摘要 患儿，男，4岁，闲发热、咳嗽3d，伴呼吸困难5h，于2010年4月2日入院。3d前患儿无明显诱因出现发热，体温38．5℃，伴咳嗽，呈阵发性干咳，夜间明显。5h前突然出现呼吸困难，口唇及面色紫绀，精神萎靡至昏迷，当地医院拍胸片示：右肺不张，急转入我院儿科。
