鄂东长江公路大桥钢混结合段自密实混凝土的配制及施工技术研究 被引量:14

摘要 钢混结合段为鄂东长江公路大桥主梁的关键部位,对大桥的安全性、可靠性和耐久性非常重要。在系统研究普通自密实混凝土、微膨胀聚丙烯纤维自密实混凝土和钢纤维增强自密实混凝土三种C55高性能混凝土使用性能的基础上,优选出自密实钢纤维混凝土用于钢混结合段的配制方案,从钢混结合段施工实践中总结了保证浇筑质量的工艺措施及夏季施工的温控防裂措施。 The composite joint section between steel and concrete box girders is the key localization of main girder of E' Dong Yangtze River Highway Bridge and has important influence on safety,reliability and durability of the bridge.The comprehensive performances of three types of C55 grade self-compacting concretes(SCC) are systematically investigated,such as ordinary SCC,micro-expansion and polypropylene fiber reinforced SCC and steel fiber reinforced SCC,based on the results the steel fiber reinforced SCC is used in the construction of the composite steel-concrete joint.From the construction practice of the composite joint section,the operation technology steps for pledging concrete pouring quality and temperature control measures for preventing heat crack of concrete are summarized.
