摘要
为了保证牵索挂篮在双索面预应力混凝土斜拉桥悬臂浇筑施工中的安全并有效控制主梁的线性,以某斜拉桥为背景建立牵索挂篮的MIDAS有限元分析模型,计算其在各种施工工况下的应力和变形。结果表明,该桥牵索挂篮在主梁施工荷载作用下受力情况良好。通过牵索挂篮有限元分析,可以近似地反映牵索挂篮在各种工况下的应力和变形情况,为主梁的线性控制提供一定的依据。
In order to guarantee the safety of the guyed form travelers used in the cantilever casting construction of cable-stayed bridges with a Double Plane Cable-stayed Bridge and effectively control the geometrical shape of the main girder,a Double Plane Cable-stayed Bridge was taken as the study background.The MIDAS finite element model of the guyed traveler was established to calculate the stress and deformation under different testing load cases.The results show that Link-hanging Basket can work well;the model can approximately reflect the stress and deformation of Link-hanging Basket under various conditions,and provide a certain basis for linear control of girders.
