摘要
以宜安科技3065立柱生产线为研究对象,引入生产线均衡的基本概念,分析了3065立柱生产线作业能力及其平衡状况。针对整条生产线上的瓶颈,用ECRS方法减少工序数和运输距离,降低其作业时间,从而提升了整条生产线的平衡性,提高了生产效率。
Taking column production line 3065 of Eontec company as a case study, this paper introduces the basic concepts of production line balancing, and analyses the production capacity and balance of 3065 line. To break the bottleneck of the whole production line, this paper uses ECRS method to reduce proceduces, transit distance and operation time, so as to increase the balance of the whole production line and improve the production efficency.
