摘要
处理好流水线平衡问题是提高企业生产线设备利用率、减少成本和提升企业效益的关键所在。利用启发式算法,从时间研究和动作研究入手,分析了某厂涡轮增压器装配线标准作业平衡问题并进行改进研究,使装配线负荷系数由61%提高到83%,提高了该装配线平衡水平,并从人因方面对装配线的影响提出进一步思考。
Assembly line problem is the key solution to improving the utilization rate, reducing cost and improving the enterprise efficient. An heuristic algorithm is used to evaluate balancing problem of a machinery factory' s standard op- eration based on time study and action research. Analyse the balancing problem of the turbocharger assembly line and make assembly load coefficient increased from 61% to 83%, so as to improving the balancing efficiency. Human impact on the assembly line is proposed for further consideration.
