摘要
以广西合浦某高岭土75 mm,50 mm水力旋流器串联分级溢流为剥片原料,采用搅拌磨进行了分散剂种类及用量、剥片浓度及时间对高岭石剥片效果的影响研究。得出在剥片浓度65%,剥片时间140 min,分散剂聚丙烯酸钠(DC)用量占原料重2%,分两次加入的情况下,剥片产品-2μm粒级产率达到95%以上。
Taking the overflow from the series classification of φ75 mm and φ50 mm hydrocyclone in a certain Kaolin Mine of Hepu in Guangxi as raw materials of stripping, investigation on effect of type and dosage of dispersant, stripping con- centration and time on the Kaolin stripping were carried out by adopting the stirred mill. It was obtained that stripping product in -2 μm size reached the yield of 95% when stripping concentration was 65%, stripping time 140 rain and dispersant polyacrylate sodium (DC) accounting for 2% of the raw materials by adding two times separately.
