摘要
HER-2基因成为近年来乳腺癌研究热点,它是一种与乳腺癌相关的癌基因,与乳腺癌的发生、发展及转移有密切关系,HER-2目前被认为是新的判断乳腺癌预后的独立指标。在治疗方面,Herceptin作为一种以癌基因为靶的治疗方式,使HER-2阳性的乳腺癌转移患者受益匪浅,近年来,中医中药凭借其特有优势在HER-2过表达乳腺癌的治疗中发挥作用。
HER-2 gene in breast cancer research in recent years become a hot spot,it is a cancer-related genes and breast cancer,and breast cancer development and metastasis are closely related,HER-2 is now considered the new Primary Breast Cancer independent indicators.In the treatment,Herceptin as a target gene in cancer treatment,so that HER-2 positive breast cancer patients benefited in recent years,Chinese medicine,with its unique advantages in the HER-2 overexpressing breast cancer treatment play a role.
