摘要
改革教学方法是当前教育改革提出的一项重要任务,表象训练的理论探索与实践已近百年的历史,随着其效果得到逐步确认,表象训练作为一种有效的辅助教学、训练手段已成为体育运动实践中较为广泛采用的心理训练方法之一,它对运动技术、学习动机的培养、激励和心理障碍的克服都起着重要作用。目的:将表象训练运用于乒乓球的教学中,探索出一种将传统教学手段与现代心理训练相结合的教学方法。方法:采用问卷调查法、实验法、数理统计法研究探讨内部表象与外部表象对初学者乒乓球技能学习的影响。结果和结论:乒乓球运动技能的初学者在学习运动技能时运用外部表象训练的学习效果优于内部表象训练;内部表象训练对初学者学习乒乓球技能作用不明显而易,因此,在初学者学习乒乓球运动技能时应该在使用传统教学手段教学的同时加强利用外部表象的辅助教学手段。
Methodology reform is an important task in current teaching reform. With a history of almost 100 years' theoretical exploration and gradual confirmation of its advantages, external imagery training has become one of the widely-used psychological training methods as effective training-aid approaches in sports experience, since it plays an important role in cultivation and stimulation of sports skills and learn- ing motivation as well as the overcome of psychological barriers. Aim: This paper applies external imagery training in the table tennis teaching and explores a new teaching method combining traditional teaching method and modern psychological training. Method: Using questionnaire investigation, experiments and mathematical statistics, this paper discussed the effects of internal and external imagery training on table tennis players. Conclusion.. The results showed that the external imagery training was good for the begin ners' motor skill learning. As for the beginners,internal imagery training had little effect. Therefore, the external imagery teaching-aid method is necessary to table tennis beginners taught in traditional teaching method.
