摘要
基于新的教育环境以及职业学校学生的特点,班主任必须以心理教育理念指导自己的教育实践。这些理念包括德心健康的教育和谐理念、精神成长的教育目标理念、面向全体的教育服务理念和多元智能的教育评价理念;与此同时,发挥自己独特的心理教育优势,与学生开展积极的心理对话,激发学生向上的动力,开发学生的潜能,还要加强班级心理环境建设,以自身积极的心理状态影响、感染学生。
Based on new educational environment and the characteristics of vocational school students,the teachers charging for classes must guide its educational practices by mental health education views.Meanwhile,they should try to take advantage of their unique mental education and strengthen mental dialogue with students to inspire students' development motives and develop students' potentiality,and intensify the construction of mental environment of classes and try to influence students by positive mental situation.
