固溶温度对29Cr铸造超级双相不锈钢组织和性能的影响 被引量:7

摘要 用常规中频炉制备了29Cr超级双相不锈钢,通过OM、SEM、EDS、XRD和电化学工作站研究了固溶温度对29Cr铸造超级双相不锈钢组织和性能的影响。试验结果表明:在1 050~1 150℃内对29Cr铸造超级双相不锈钢进行固溶处理时,Cr在铁素体与奥氏体两相中的分配系数(KCr)对材料性能的影响起主导作用,随固溶温度升高,KCr先上升后下降,Cr的分配系数越小强度越高,但耐蚀性越差;在1 100℃固溶处理时,其强度及塑性达到最大值,分别为825 MPa和35%,而腐蚀电流密度为0.603μA.cm-2,耐蚀性最差。 29Cr super duplex stainless steel was prepared with IF furnace.The effects of solution temperature on microstructure,mechanical properties and corrosion resisting property of 29Cr cast super duplex stainless steel were studied by means of optical microscope(OM),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),energy dispersive spectrometry(EDS),X-ray diffraction(XRD)and electrochemical polarization curve.The results indicate that the partition coefficient of Cr(KCr)in two phases plays a leading role on the properties when the solution temperature is 1 050-1 150 ℃.With increasing solution temperature,KCr increases first and then decreases.The lower the KCr,the higher the strength and the worse the corrosion resistance.The maximum strength and plasticity respectively are 825 MPa and 35% at solution treatment temperature 1 100 ℃,while the corrosion current density is 0.603 μA·cm-2 and corrosion resistance is the worst.
