摘要
选择性小学入学测试是近年来普遍存在和难以禁止的教育现象,从利益相关者理论视角来看,其背后透露的是多个利益相关者不断博弈的过程,幼儿家长、小学、幼儿园和地方教育行政部门都试图最大限度地表达自身利益诉求。解决这一问题的关键在于各利益相关者应在以儿童为本的理念下加强对话与交流,进而从政府层面出发,将入学测试和幼儿入学准备相结合,对选择性小学入学测试加以规范和引导。
