摘要
以MATLAB为开发平台,建立了基于计算机视觉的监测装置。基于Tsai的RAC方法对摄像机进行线性标定建立数学模型,该方法大部分是解线性方程,简单明了且保证了精度。然后根据排种器的排种速度选择合适的快门触发时间,避免出现冗余图像信息,减少了计算量及计算时间。最后用MATLAB软件对采集到的图像进行背景去除和二值化处理,进而求出目标的图像坐标。
MATLAB as a development platform in order to set up monitoring devices based on computer vision. Linear calibration of the camera to establish a mathematical model based on Tsai's RAC method. And this method is the solution of the majority of linear equations, simple and guaranteed accuracy. In order to avoid redundant image information and reduce the computational volume and computing time, then ranked according to the kinds of seed-metering device select the appropriate shutter speed trigger time. Finally using MATLAB software to capture images into the Background removal and Image Binary. And then find the target image coordinates.
