摘要
目的有效减少护生生产实习期间安全事件的发生,保证学业顺利完成。方法在临床实习的2008级302名中专护生,其安全管理模式实行传统的管理方法,即:在校上理论课时的安全由学校管理,临床生产实习期间由实习基地医院管理,管理方法采用常规的管理方法,凸显属地原则,实行谁主管谁负责。在临床实习的2009级298名中专护生,在常规管理方法的基础上,采用在安全文化理念指导下的"院校结合"、"学校负责"、"家长参与"的安全管理模式。结果安全管理模式实施前后安全事件发生率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实施安全管理模式前后各抽查500次护理操作及500份文件书写,实施安全管理模式后护生在护理文件书写、无菌操作、留送标本、药物准备方面的工作准确性明显高于实施前(P<0.05)。结论 "院校结合"、"学校负责"、"家长参与"的安全管理模式能有效减少中专实习护生安全事件发生,提高护理工作的准确性。
Objective To effectively reduce the occurrence of incidents and to ensure successful completion of nursing students＇ practice.Methods With the concept of safety culture,a management model of a ＂combination of hospitals and school＂,＂school＇s responsibility＂ and ＂parental involvement＂ was established and applied to the management of 298 nursing students of Grade 2009.Results After the implementation of new safety management model,the incidences of security incidents and nursing defect were significantly lower than before（P0.05）.Conclusion The management model of a ＂combination of hospitals and school＂,＂school＇s responsibility＂ and ＂parental involvement＂ can effectively reduce the occurrence of security incidents among nursing students.
