摘要
为了滤除噪声影响,增强工件表面图像的细节特征,提出了运用MATLAB对工件表面缺陷进行图像处理的方法.首先运用中值滤波方法对工件表面图像中高斯和椒盐噪声干扰处理,然后对工件表面图像灰度变换增强处理,最后对机械工件图像进行锐化增强处理.结果表明:通过MATLAB图像处理技术使工件表面图像在主观视觉和客观标准评价上均取得良好效果,为后续工件质量检测提供了基础.
In order to remove the influences of noises and enhancing the detail characteristics of the product surface images,a surface image processing method using MATLAB is proposed.Firstly,product images are median filtered to remove the influence of Gaussian,salt and pepper noises.Then they are enhanced with gray transformation.At last,they are edge enhanced with Gradient method.The results show that the subjectively perceived quality and objective evaluation of the product surface images are improved,and the processing methods provide a foundation for the followed quality detection of the products.
