摘要
[目的]探讨高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)与2型糖尿病患者下肢血管病变的关系.[方法]选择179例2型糖尿病患者,同时记录每位患者的病程、年龄、体重指数、hs-CRP、收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、低密度脂蛋白、甘油三酯、糖化血红蛋白、颈动脉内膜厚度(IMT),按肱踝指数(ABI)结果将患者分为4组:A组(ABI>1.3,15例)、B组( 0.9<ABI≤1.3,47例)、C组 (0.7<ABI≤0.9,67例)、D组(0.4<ABI≤0.7,50例)进行临床特征比较,并做ABI与hs-CRP的相关性分析.[结果]2型糖尿病患者ABI与hs-CRP呈负相关(r=-0.489,P〈0.05) hs-CRP增高组的ABI较hs-CRP正常组明显降低,而hs-CRP增高组的FIB、LDL、HbA1C、SBP、IMT较hs-CRP正常组明显增高,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05).[结论]hs-CRP可以作为预测下肢血管病变程度的指标.
[Objective] To explore the relationship between the ankle brachial index(ABI) and high sensi tivity C reactive protein(hs CP, P) in type 2 diabetic patients. [Methods] Totally 179 type 2 diabetic patients were selected. The course of disease, age, BMI, hs CRP, SBP, DBP, LDL C, TG, HbAIc and IMT of each patient were recorded. According to ABI, all patients were divided into group A(ABI〉1.3, n = 15), group B ( 0.9〈ABI≤1.3,47) , group C(0.7〈ABI≤0.9,67) and group D(0.4〈ABI≤0.7,50). The clinical features were compared, and the correlation analysis of hs-CRP and ABI were performed. [Results] The correlation analysis indicated that ABI was negatively related with hs CRP(r=0. 489, P d0.05). AB1 in increased hs CRP group was significantly lower than that in normal hs CRP group, while FIB, LDL, HbA1C, SBP and IMT in hs-CRP increased group were significantly higher than those in normal hs-CRP group. There were statistically significant differences in them ( P 〈0.05). [Conclusion] The hs-CRP can be used as the indicator for predicting the degree of lower extremity vascular disease.
