摘要 一、趋化因子受体CXCR4及其配体CXCL12的结构与功能CXCR4是一个编码352个氨基酸且高度保守的G蛋白耦联的7次跨膜蛋白受体。N端在胞膜外,7个穿膜区（TMD）为α螺旋,形成了3个胞内环链及3个胞外环链,
