摘要
市场经济条件下必然采用工程量清单计价。在这种计价模式下,施工企业要实现盈利必须加强工程项目的效益成本管理。该文结合工程实际,从施工企业定额编制、投标报价、施工合同签订、施工阶段管理、工程变更、签证、施工索赔及竣工结算等八个方面对工程项目效益成本管理方法做了探讨。本文对从事工程项目施工管理的人员有一定参考意义。
It is necessary to value subject basing on project list in market economy.In this valuing method,it is need for construction corporation to gain benefit to enforce the management on project.Basing on specify project,the thesis researched the managing method of project＇s profit and cost from 8 aspects,as drawing up corporation quota,bidding and valuing,signing construction contract,management in constructing stage,construction modifying,signing construction data,construction claim,and settling in completing construction sage.The thesis is useful to the people engaged in construction project management.
