分析了产生建筑质量的主要原因,探讨了如何做好工程施工项目质量预控的方法措施,从工程图纸设计、施工队伍选择、施工合同签订及工程质量监督等方面论述了提高建筑质量的措施,以供施工单位参考借鉴。
The following paper analyzes main causes of the occurrence of building quality problems, discusses the methods and measures to do well quality pre-control of engineering construction project, and discusses the measures to increase construction quality from engineering layout design, selection of construction teams, signing of construction contact, and engineering quality supervision, which to offer a reference for construction units.
