摘要
分别利用魁蒿(Artemisia princeps Pamp.)、毛茛(Ranunculus japonicus Thunb.)和繁缕(Stellaria media (Linn.) Cyr.)3种杂草充分发酵后,分别用1%(w/w)的发酵液和发酵杂草处理在低密度AM真菌繁殖体(100孢子/1.0 kg干土)土壤中培育的无菌柚苗,对照柚苗的根鲜样质量、整株苗鲜样质量和苗高分别为1.41±0.12、2.91±0.27 g和14.43±0.39 cm,而各杂草发酵液和各发酵杂草处理的柚苗根鲜样质量、整株苗鲜样质量和苗高分别为1.89±0.11~2.85±0.06 g、4.18±0.17~8.08±1.26 g和17.58±1.30~23.18±1.91 cm;对照植株的菌根侵染率为(11.88±1.35)%,杂草发酵液和发酵杂草处理的菌根侵染率为(15.76±0.49)%^(34.20±1.05)%。结果表明,在低密度AM真菌孢子接种的情况下,杂草发酵液和发酵杂草都显著地促进了柚苗的生长和菌根感染率,且发酵杂草有更显著的生长促进作用;无论营养生长还是菌根侵染率,不同杂草发酵物的效应差异显著。
1 %(w/w) fermentation matters from 3 weeds(Artemisia princeps Pamp.,Ranunculus japonicus Thunb.,Stellaria media(Linn.)Cyr.) were respectively added into pot soil which contained low density AM fungi propagula(100 indigenous spores /1.0 kg soil)and well-proportioned with pot soil for culturing non-mycorrhizal Citrus grandis cv.Changshou Shatian You seedlings.The fresh root weight,fresh total biomass,the seedling height and mycorrhizal infection rate in roots of pomelo seedlings in controls were 1.41±0.12,2.91±0.27 g,14.43±0.39 cm.And those in treatments of weed fermentation liquids and fermented shoots and leaves were 1.89±0.112.85±0.06 g,4.18±0.17-8.08±1.26 g,17.58±1.30-23.18±1.91 cm,(15.76±0.49) %-(34.20±1.05) %.The experimental results showed that: the seedling of inoculation with low density spores of AM fungi compared with the control,all weed fermentation matters stimulated the growth of pomelo seedlings and the mycorrhizal colonization rate.The growth stimulatory effect of fermented weeds showed stronger than that of weed fermentation liquids no matter which kind of weeds.Whereas the growth of pomelo seedlings and the mycorrhizal colonization rate the effect of different weeds had remarkable differences.
