摘要
人类疾病谱和死因谱的变化,慢性非传染性疾病大量的增加,慢性病的不可逆性和医疗费用的大幅度提高,使人们对健康管理越来越重视。我国现阶段的社区健康管理还存在很多问题,从医学伦理学的角度针对问题分别从政府、机构、公众的主体责任三方面提出对策,对于构建和谐医患关系与和谐社会意义重大。
With the changes of disease category and death cause category, the increase of chronic non - communicable diseases and its irreversibility, and great increase in medical expenses, there has been an increasing focus on health management. There are many problems in current community health management. From the medical ethics perspective, we propose the advice that health management in the community should be carried out from the governmental, institutional and public responsibility aspects, which is of great significance to construct the harmonious doctor- patient relationship and harmonious society.
