摘要
结合医院具体情况,详细论述了医院调配中心的运营模式和取得的效果,表明从前期保养、租赁管理及后期维护3个方面对部分通用医疗设备实施专管共用的方法有利于降低设备的投入成本、减少浪费、提高设备的使用率和对于突发事件的应急调度能力,从而实现院内仪器设备的规范管理,最大限度地提高医院的经济效益和社会效益。
The operation mode of our deployment center and its benefits are introduced.Some common equipment is shared but exclusively managed by deployment center according to earlier maintenance,leasing management and later servicing.It is concluded that this method is promising to reduce the cost and improve benefits.
