摘要
为了降低医疗设备的投入成本,提高投资效益,从医疗设备的采购前论证、科学计算折旧费用、引入绩效审计概念、提倡部门间质控和加强设备管理等方面,提出了一系列切实可行的举措,在临床工作实践中取得了较好的效果。
