摘要
为有效整合多源异构行业系统减少信息孤岛,提出了面向服务的体系架构(SOA),设计并实现了城市风暴潮灾害评估地理信息系统。采用先进的水动力学模型对风暴潮增水过程进行了动态模拟,综合考虑受灾区的人口、房屋面积、重要企事单位、风暴潮增水等信息,利用模糊数学方法建立灾害评估体系及评估模型。依据上述模型利用领域工程方法进行服务构件提取,通过服务的组合与编排实现了风暴潮洪水淹进过程及灾害评估的业务流程,以上海地区为例进行了原型系统实现。结果表明,该系统可对不同天气条件下的风暴潮灾害进行快速评估,系统设计为解决系统重复开发、资源共享提供了新的开发模式。
To integrate the heterogeneous and multi-source industrial systems and solve information isolated islands,An optimization method based on service-oriented architecture(SOA) is proposed to design urban storm disaster assessment geographic information sys-tem.Storm flood is simulated by hydrodynamic model.Population,house area,important units and submerge water depth are considered as impact factors to build storm-tide evaluation index system and quantitative evaluation model using fuzzy method.Domain analysis is made on above models for extracting reusable and independent service components.And services are rearranged to achieve storm disaster assessment business processes through web services composition(WSC).A prototype system with Shanghai as a case is developed for realizing storm flood process and disaster assessment.Experiments showed that the system can rapidly analyze and evaluate storm disaster in different weather conditions and provide a new developing pattern for system duplication development and resource sharing.
