摘要
为扩大农民工思想政治教育的覆盖面,提高其针对性和实效性,提出了加强农民工思想政治教育草根化这一重要理念,并在深刻分析其内涵及其确立的理论依据的基础上,探求从端正对农民工思想政治教育重要性的认识,为其营造一个良好的教育环境;明确农民工思想政治教育的主体,并落实其职责;探索行之有效的农民工思想政治教育的实施方法;建立并完善农民工思想政治教育的实施机构四大方面来积极倡导并加以落实。
In order to expand the coverage of the ideological and political education among the migrant workers, and to enhance its relevance and effectiveness, we proposed the idea of strengthening the grassrootization of migrant workers＇ ideological and political education. Furthermore, on the basis of profound analysis of its connotation and its established theoretical foundations, we explored that it is necessary to make a clear awareness of the importance of the ideological and political education of migrant workers, and to create a good educating environment; we should make it clear about the subject of migrant workers＇ ideological and political educa- tion, and the implementation of its fimctions; then, we need to explore effective means of implementing migrant workers＇ ideological and political education, to establish and consummate the institutions which put the education into effect. The above four aspects are the measures we need to implement in the process of migrant workers＇ ideological and political education.
