摘要
"以人为本"在科学发展观中的核心地位,是以胡锦涛为核心的中央领导集体从新世纪新阶段党和国家事业发展全局出发提出的重要理念。强调坚持以人为本,就是要把人民的利益作为一切工作的出发点和落脚点,全方位地落实到科学发展的各领域,贯穿于科学发展的全过程;就是要把"以人为本"作为灵魂,融注到全体党员和干部的思想作风之中,保证建设中国特色社会主义实践取得新胜利。
The core position of the people-centered in the scientific concept of development is put forward by the central collective leadership which president Hu Jin-tao is at the core from overall situation of the development of the party and the country at the new century and new stage. We emphasize people-oriented, it is to take the people＇s interests as the starting and end point in all work. to implement it to all areas of the scientific development, and throughout the whole process of the scientific development; it is to take the ＂people-oriented＂ as the soul, to bring it into the ideological style of all the party members and cadres, and ensure the new victory of the practice of the socialism with chinese characteristics.
