不同烤烟品种对氮素胁迫响应差异的研究 被引量:8

摘要 利用垂直平板培养技术评价了K326,云烟85,NC82,RG11和红花大金元5个不同烤烟品种耐低氮能力。试验表明:①在低氮胁迫下烤烟根系的数量、总根长、干重、总吸收面积及活性均明显降低;烤烟总根数、总根长、根重、总吸收面积及根活力与烤烟总吸氮量之间呈显著正相关(P<0.05);②不同烤烟品种对低氮胁迫的敏感性不同,云烟85和K326对低氮胁迫较为敏感;红花大金元对低氮胁迫的适应性较强,属耐低氮基因型;③低氮胁迫下根数、总根长、根系总吸收面积、根系活力下降幅度及根系MDA含量的上升均可用作为烤烟早期筛选耐低氮品种的参考指标。 Agar plating culture technology was carried out to study the differences of root growth in flue-cured tobacco varieties of K326,NC82,Yunyan85,RG11 and Hongda at seedling stage under low-nitrogen stress.The results showed that root/shoot ratio,total length of roots and the occurrence of lateral root of different varieties tobacco seedling were significantly influenced by low-nitrogen stress,There existed significant differences(P〈0.05)of response ability of roots to low-nitrogen stress among different varieties,and inhibition extent of root morphology roughly represented in the order:Hongda〉NC82 and RG11〉Yunyan85 and K326.The number of low nitrogen stress on root,total root length,total root absorbing area,root activity and root decrease the MDA content increased can be used for early screening of flue-cured tobacco varieties tolerant to low nitrogen reference.
