摘要
采用反相高效液相色谱法结合液-质联用技术对漆叶提取物进行分离,并对其中的漆酚类化合物进行定性分析。结果显示:液相色谱分离得到10个峰,经质谱分析并结合文献,鉴定其中9个峰为C15或C17的饱和、单烯、二烯、及三烯漆酚类物质。首次对漆叶中漆酚类化合物进行了高效液相色谱-质谱分离和定性分析,为漆叶的临床应用提供一定的理论依据。
Investigate the urushiol in the leaves of Toxicodendron vernicifera Stokes (or Lacquer tree). To separate the leaves' extracts of the laccquer tree by the application of RP High Performance Liquid Chromatography, combining with Liquid Chromatography -Mass Spectrometry technology to analysis the uru- shiol qualitatively. As a result, we have separated 10 peaks by LC, and identified 9 peaks that were the saturated, single -ene, diene -ene, and three -ene of C15 or Cl7 different urushiol compounds according to the MS and existing literature. In conclusion, this text conducted a new method for HPLC and the qualitative analysis for MS of urushiol compounds in the leaves of the lacquer tree, also provides the theoretical basis of clinical application for it.
