摘要
图式是人们平时积累的背景知识体系。认知理论证明,图式是认知的基础,人们在理解、吸收输入信息时,需要将输入信息与已知信息(即图式)联系起来。图式及图式理论对听力理解有重要作用,对大学英语听力教学有很好的启示,主要体现在:激活已有图式,建立新的图式,培养听者预测能力和听力兴趣。
Schema is the accumulated background knowledge, and it is the basis of people＇ s cognition. The application of schema theory to the teaching of English listening represents in the following aspects ： activating the exiting schema, setting up new schema, cultivating prediction and fostering listeners＇ interest in English listening.
