Smac其临和Caspase床意义-3在胃癌组织中的表达及 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨Smac和Caspase-3在胃癌组织中的表达及二者在胃癌细胞凋亡中的作用、关系及临床意义。方法应用免疫组织化学法检测60例胃癌、20例癌旁组织中Smac和Caspase-3表达情况。结果Smac在胃癌组织中的表达率为46.6%(28/60),在所有的癌旁组织中均见表达100%(20/20)。Caspase-3在胃癌组织中阳性表达率为48.3%(29/60),在所有的癌旁组织中均见表达100%(20/20)。Smac和Caspase-3蛋白在胃癌中的表达呈正相关(r=0.766;JP〈0,01)。Smac表达与胃癌分化程度、浸润深度、淋巴结转移、临床分期明显相关(P〈0.05)。Caspase-3的表达与胃癌的分化程度明显相关(P〈0.01),而与浸润深度、淋巴结转移、临床分期无关(P〉0.05)。结论Smac和Caspase-3可作为判断胃癌组织恶性程度的指标之一。
