摘要
通过熔铸、切割、表面磨抛以及分相、酸浸等制得了无裂纹、具有一定强度的多孔玻璃光学基片(20mm×16mm×1mm),采用图像分析仪统计、测算了多孔玻璃的孔径分布,讨论了分相制度对孔径的影响,并对多孔玻璃的透光性。
Porous glass optic flake (20mm16mm1mm) with no cracks and certain strength were fabricated through melting,cutting,grinding as well as various phase-separated and leaching conditions. The influence of conditions of phase-separation on the characters such as pore diameter in glass flake was discussed.The distribution of pore size was measured by employing a pix analysis & statistic instrument,and the characteristics as transmission and refraction were also investigated.
