库尔勒香梨贮藏过程中果皮锈斑物质的分析

摘要 对库尔勒香梨贮藏过程中所产生的果皮锈斑物质进行提取及初步分析。探讨浸提法提取库尔勒香梨果皮锈斑物质的工艺条件,通过正交试验研究提取温度、溶剂浓度、提取时间、料液比4因素对库尔勒香梨果皮锈斑物质提取率的影响。结果表明,最佳提取工艺条件为:乙醇为提取溶剂,乙醇浓度60%,料液比1∶15(g/mL),提取时间4h,提取温度50℃。库尔勒香梨果皮锈斑物质初步分析为蒽醌类化合物。 The extraction and primary analysis on the rubiqinous product of the Kuerle pear peel that produced in the process of preservation.The extraction technical conditions of the rubiqinous product of the kuerle pear peel was discussed by the impregnation method.The influence of temperature,solvent concentration,time and liquid ratio on the distilling rate of the ubiqinous product was studied through the orthogonal test.The result indicated that the best extraction technical conditions were that ethanol concentration 60 %,liquid ratio 1∶15,extraction time 4 h,extraction temperature 50 ℃.The primary analysis on the rubiqinous product of the kuerle pear peel was anthraquinone.
