摘要
研究了以sol-gel法制备的α－Al2O3超细粉和纳米级α－Al2O3粉末为原料，在其中引入适量的Na2O和MgO，然后在1500℃下热处理原位生长出β－Al2O3晶须．其截面（直径×长）的尺寸为（0．1～2μm）×（10～30μm）．
whiskers are made by ultrafine α-Al2O3 powder,produced by the sd-gel and nano α-Al2O3 powder adequate amount of Na2 O and MgO are added in these materials. β''-Al_2O_3 whiskers can be obtained in heat treatment at the temperature of 1500℃. Size of whiskers(dimeterx length)is:(0.1-2μm)×(10-30μm)
