摘要
采用水热法制备了形貌良好的氧化铝晶须的前驱体——氢氧化铝晶须。利用SEM对氢氧化铝晶须的形貌进行分析,研究了氯化铝浓度、氨水浓度、溶液pH值、反应温度及反应时间对材料氢氧化铝晶须形貌的影响,并探讨了氢氧化铝晶须的生长机制。在C[AlCl3]=0.1 mol/L、C[NH3.H2O]=0.3 mol/L、水热溶液pH值为5.2、240℃水热反应22 h的条件下可制备形貌良好、大长径比、且粒径分布范围窄的氢氧化铝晶须。
Aluminum hydroxide whisker was synthesized in a direct hydrothermal reaction.The microstructure and morphology of the samples were characterized via XRD and SEM so as to investigate the influences of pH value and aluminum hydroxide concentration on the morphology of as-prepared aluminum hydroxide whisker.The growth mechanism of aluminum hydroxide whisker was discussed at different hydrothermal conditions.The results show that fibriform aluminum hydroxide whisker is synthesized at proper pH value and concentration of reaction.The best reaction condition is that pH=5.2,C[AlCl3]=0.1 mol/L,C[NH3H2O]=0.3 mol/L,hydrothermal temperature at 240 ℃ for 22 h.
