摘要
目的:分析近10年针灸治疗膝骨性关节炎的方法、作用机制、疗效及疗效评价标准。方法:应用计算机检索CNKI期刊全文数据库2000年1月至2010年6月和针灸治疗膝骨性关节炎相关的文章,检索词为"针灸,膝骨关节炎,治疗,探讨"。对资料进行初审,选取包含处理组和对照组的文献,筛除非随机研究,查找全文,并查看每篇文献后的引文。共收集到110篇关于针刺、艾灸、电针、针刀、推拿等治疗膝骨性关节炎的随机和非随机研究文章。结果:从针灸治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床报道可见,针灸治疗膝骨性关节炎的疗效确切、简便易行、经济实用、副作用小,值得临床推广。结论:膝骨性关节炎的综合疗法的疗效优于单一疗法,但究竟各种疗法在综合运用中如何配合运用才能达到最佳的临床疗效,是临床治疗中应该努力探索的。
Objective：To analyzes the method,mechanism,efficacy and evaluation standard of treating osteoarthritis with acupuncture during the last decade.Methods：To use computer searches for articles related with the application of acupuncture in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis in the CHKD Journal full text database from January,2000 to June,2010 and the Key words were ＂acupuncture,the knee osteoarthritis,the treatment,the discussion＂.The data were firstly reviewed and literature including the treatment and control groups were selected.The random screening studies were screened out to find the full text and check up citations after each article.A total number of 110 randomized and non-randomized research articles on treatments of knee osteoarthritis with acupuncture,moxibustion,electro acupuncture,acupotomy,massage and other methods were collected.Results：Clinical reports on using acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis had shown that the use of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis was effective,simple,economical,practical with less side effects and was worthy of promotion.Conclusion：The combination therapy for knee osteoarthritis is more effective than single therapy,but how to make the best integrated use of various treatments to achieve the best clinical effects.We should try exploration in the clinical treatment.
