摘要
针对传统培土机培土后沟底无松土,不易保墒蓄水等缺点,设计了一种新型培土器,即在绞龙上安装旋耕刀(旋耕刀主要用于疏松土壤,且旋耕刀工作半径要比螺旋叶片大),从而在培土的同时起到保墒蓄水的作用。新型培土机的设计符合烟草培土的技术和要求,而且具有原理新颖、结构简单紧凑和作业性能好的特点,改善了培土效果。
In order to overcome the shortcoming of traditional tobacco hillers with no soft soil left in the furrow after hilling which can benefit soil moisture conservation,a new hiller was designed.Rotary blades were installed on the packing auger in order to loosen soil.They have longer working radius than helical blades so soil moisture can be conserved while hilling.The design of this new type hiller met the technical requirements of tobacco hilling,and the hilling effect could be improved with its advantages including new principle,compact compact structure and nice working performance.
