摘要
以杏鲍菇为代表的食用菌工厂化栽培是最具现代农业特征的产业化生产方式。为此,结合宁夏南部山区发展菌草产业的实际需求,从机械本体结构和伺服控制系统两个方面,详细论述了杏鲍菇固态接种机的设计方法。其中,培养基自动传送系统、菌种推进系统、曲柄滑块机构以及整机的三维数字化模型采用CAXA和Solid-works进行设计;控制系统以可编程序控制器为核心器件,结合变频调速技术和步进控制技术实现整机的自动控制,模拟运行结果证明了该系统的高效性。
Industrial cultivation of edible fungus,represented by pleurotus eryngii,is an industrialization of agriculture production which has modern features.With the actual needs of the development of mushroom grass industry in Ningxia south mountain region,this paper introduces the design method of solid inoculating machine for pleurotus eryngii in detail.The main contents are divided into two parts:one is mechanical body structure,another is servo control system.Meanwhile,the automatic transmission system of culture medium,the stepping propulsion system of seed cultures,the slider-crank mechanism,and the 3D digital model of whole machine are designed by CAXA and Solidworks software.In control system,PLC is a core controller,which combined with variable velocity variable frequency technology and stepping control technology,are used to control the solid inoculating machine automatically.The efficiency of system is confirmed by results of simulation operation.
