摘要
分别采用RAPD和ISSR标记对来自福建莆田、江苏连云港、山东荣成3个不同地理位置和连云港2个不同栽培年份的龙须菜无性繁育种群进行DNA多态性分析,讨论无性繁育及生长对不同群体遗传多样性的影响。结果表明,龙须菜无性繁育形成的群体遗传多样性低,不同时间和空间分布的无性繁育种群间存在一定的遗传分化。
The RAPD and ISSR mark were applied to reveal the genetic diversity of asexual populations of G.lemaneiformis,which three from different locations and two from the same location but in different cultivated times.The variation of asexual reproduction and clonal growth within populations were discussed and its impact on genetic diversity was included.The results showed that the genetic diversity was low and there was genetic variation among the asexual populations from different geographic location and time format of G.lemaneiformis.
