摘要
以非对称齿轮为研究对象,分析齿面摩擦和压力角对齿轮接触强度的影响。在考虑齿面摩擦的条件下,通过建立轮齿受力模型,推导出齿面接触强度的计算式。文中给出了表征工作侧压力角及齿面滑动摩擦因数的综合影响因子。研究表明:非对称齿轮强度计算中不可忽视齿面摩擦的作用,适当增大工作侧压力角将有助于提高齿面接触强度。该文所建模型较接近工程实践,研究结果能更真实地反映齿面接触应力的变化规律。
The influence for the tooth face contact fatigue strength caused by the pressure angle for driving side profile and the sliding interteeth friction is analyzed on the driving gear of asymmetric spur gear drive system.The calculation equation for the contact fatigue strength of tooth face caused by the interteeth friction is deduced by analyzing the forces exerted on the asymmetric spur gear.The synthesis influenceing factor caused by the pressure angle for driving side profile and the sliding interteeth friction is proposed.The calculation results show that the effect of interteeth friction can ' t be neglected and increasing the pressure angle for driving side profile helps to enhance the tooth face contact fatigue strength.The results can reflect the changing regularity closing to reality for the tooth face contact stress.
