摘要
经过分析及计算,推导及归纳出考虑轮齿间摩擦力影响的齿根弯曲应力计算公式。计算结果表明,一般情况下,轮齿间摩擦力产生的影响甚小。对于航天软齿面齿轮传动或不十分重要的航天硬齿面齿轮传动,设计计算时可不计轮齿间摩擦力对齿根弯曲应力的影响。对于重要的航天硬齿轮传动,设计计算时校验齿根弯曲应力及齿根弯曲疲劳强度。
Through systematical analysis and calculation, the authors of this article derived and concluded the general formula for calculating the bending stresses at the tooth roots of the astronautical gearsand its simplified formula, on the basis of involving and counting the influence of the friction between thecontact teeth. Numerous calculating results and value analysis have proved: (1 ) in general, the influenceof the friction between the contact teeth on the bending stresses at the tooth roots is so tiny that it may beomitted for calculating and designing astronautical gear mechanisms with soft tooth surfaces or unimportant astronautical gear mechanisms with hard tooth surfaces ; (2) for calculating and designing importantastronautical gear mechanisms with hard tooth surfaces, the simplified formu1a derived and recommendedin this paper should be adopted to calculate and check the bending stresses and bending fatigue strength atthe tooth roots.
