摘要
图书馆馆长是图书馆最重要、最直接的管理者,其管理水平和素质决定着图书馆的服务理念和发展前景。我国目前对图书馆馆长的绩效评价非常模糊,突出表现在评价指标的缺乏或者过于笼统,开发一套科学合理的高校图书馆馆长绩效评价指标是重要和迫切的。馆长绩效评价指标体系应由组织建设、文献资源建设、读者服务、馆员发展、图书馆形象与特色、馆长个人发展六方面组成。
The library director is the most important and immediate manager in a university library whose quality and his management level determine the service concept and development prospects of the library.In China,the current performance appraisal to the library director is either very vague or too general.It is highly necessary to work out the performance appraisal indexes to the directors.This index system should contain the following six aspects: the construction of the organization,the construction of information resources,readers' service,the image and characteristic of the library and the personal development of the director.
