船舶柴油机监测安全装置测试系统研制

摘要 为了对新开发的柴油机监测安全装置进行测试,设计基于虚拟仪器技术的测试系统。通过分析提取原型柴油机监视系统的串口数据,建立柴油机负荷特性数据库,采用枚举法将每一工况数据导入主程序控制面板,按照所编译的程序原则实现测试信号在可重配置上的输出;系统利用测试信号对监测安全装置进行测试,效果理想。 On the purpose of testifying the newly developing monitoring and safety device(MSD) of marine diesel engine(MDE),the test system based virtual instrument technique was designed.By analyzing and abstracting the data from serial port of former diesel engine,the database of the load properties of MDE was built up.The enumeration method was used to introduce the data of every working condition into main program control panel,and output test signals through reconfigurable input/output under the principle of field programmable gate array(FPGA) program eventually.The system sent the above test signals into MSD and achieved good results.
