摘要
教师教学效能感的提高对保证教学质量,顺利实现地方高等学校人才培养目标,有着重要影响。塑造积极地集体教学氛围,提高教师专业素养,培养学生学习效能感,落实以教学为中心的管理制度保障,都是提升教师教学效能感的有效途径和方法。
Promoting teaching efficacy has an important impact on teaching quality and talent training. Creating a positive atmosphere in the collective teaching, improving teachers＇ professionalism, training students ＇ learning efficacy, carrying out the teaching centered management system are effective ways and methods to enhance teachers＇ teaching efficacy.
