摘要
阐述了自备电厂发电权有偿替代交易的模式,建立了可以实际应用的自备电厂发电权有偿替代交易理论模型。该模型考虑了煤耗和效益最优,兼顾了交易各方的利益,同时能够利用具体电网数据进行发电权交易分析,实现交易双方效益共享。
This paper introduces generation right paid surrogate transaction mode for self-owned power plant,establishes the mode which can be put into practice.This mode takes optimization of energy-saving and efficiency and both parties＇ interest into consideration and at the meantime analyzes generation right transaction by using concrete network data,which realizes profit sharing.
