摘要
采用文献资料法、数理统计法对江南大学本科一年级中基本条件相当的四个拓展训练班和四个普通体育班,共计220多学生人际交往能力的相关数据进行比照研究,探讨拓展训练对大学生人际交往能力的影响,结果表明:大一新生在进入大学后,通过参加拓展训练课的学习,人际交往能力普遍得到提高;同时研究显示,参加拓展训练时间的长短与人际交往能力的增强成正比。
By using methods of literature summary and mathematical statistics,by comparison of relative statistics of interpersonal competence of more than 220 freshmen from four outward-bound training classes and four regular sports classes in Jiangnan University,the impact of outward-bound training on university students' interpersonal competence is discussed.Results show that freshmen's interpersonal skills generally improve through outward-bound training;meanwhile,the duration of participation in outward-bound training is proportional to the enhancement of interpersonal skills.
