摘要
针对无石棉胶乳抄取板造纸法生产中存在的浆料留着及滤水困难,研究发现:硫酸铝体系能有效地提高浆料细小组分的留着,改善浆料的滤水性能,其最佳添加量为9%,在CPAM单组分体系中,CPAM添加量为0.12%时助留助滤效果最好;在CPAM/膨润土微粒体系中,CPAM添加量0.12%,膨润土添加量0.2%时,体系助留助滤效果最佳。
For the bad retention and drainage performance of non-asbestos latex sheets in papermaking process, it was found that aluminum sulfate system can effectively improve the retention and drainage performance of the pulp and the optimal dosage is 9%. In the CPAM system, the optimal dosage was 0.12%. In CPAM/bentonite particle system, when the addition amount of CPAM reached 0.12% and the bentonite was 0.2%, the effect of retention and drainage achieved the best.
