摘要
目的探讨吗啡与血管平滑肌钙通道的关系;吗啡对血管平滑肌条作用的受体机制。方法用高K+、脱羟肾上腺素开放血管平滑肌钙通道及用阿片受体阻断剂纳络酮预处理血管条观察吗啡对血管条的作用。结果吗啡使60mmol/LK+、10-7mol/L脱羟肾上腺素预收缩的血管条松驰,舒张百分数分别为59.5%±2%、26.8%±0.4%;两组与生理盐水对照组相比,均有显著差异,P<0.001。吗啡使纳络酮预孵育的经脱羟肾上腺素预收缩的血管条舒张,舒张百分数为39.7%±1.8%;与吗啡对照组相比有显著差异,P<0.001。结论吗啡可抑制60mmol/AK+、10-7mol/L脱羟肾上腺素引起的主动脉血管平滑肌细胞膜上电位依赖及受体依赖钙通道的开放,阻止外钙内流;主动脉血管条上的吗啡效应可能不是通过经典的阿片受体。
Obective To explore the relationship between morphine and aortic smooth muscle plasmamembrance calcium-channel and the effects of morphine on aortic srncoth muscle strip by PE contractedafter pretreat with NAL. Methods 60mmol /L K+ 、10-7mol/L PE contrated aortic smooth musclestrip and opiate receptor inhibitor NAL marinate aortic smooth muscle strip were used to investigated theeffects of morphine on aortic smooth muscle strip. Results Aortic smooth musele strip by K+、 PEpretreat contracted get relaxation and their percentage of relaxation is 59. 5 % ± 2 % and 26. 8 %±O. 4 %(higher than NS contrast P<0.001);Aortic smooth muscle strip by PE contracted after pretreat withNAL get reaxation and its percentage of relaxation is 39. 7 % ±1. 8% (higher than morphine contrast P<0.001). Conlusions Morphine inhibite opening of PDC and ROC on aortic smooth muscle plasmamembrance and the effect of morphine on aortic smooth muscle strip was not be mediated by opiaterecoptor.
