摘要
目的了解南昌市男男性接触者(MSM)性病艾滋病感染状况。方法在南昌地区,采用同伴推动抽样方法抽取354名MSM人员,对其进行血液检测。结果在调查的354名MSM人员中,艾滋病感染率4.2%,梅毒感染率7.9%,丙肝感染率0.6%。在不同场所寻找性伴侣的人,其梅毒感染率不一致,以在浴室中的感染率最高,达17.1%。结论南昌市MSM人群存在有H IV及梅毒和丙肝的感染。
Objective To understand the infectious status of STDs/AIDS among MSM in Nanchang,China.Methods Blood samples of MSM were collected,and syphilis,HCV and HIV were detected in 354 MSM,using Respondent Drivien Sampling（RDS）.Results Among 354 MSM,the infectious rate of HIV was 4.2%,syphilis,7.9% and Hepatitis C,0.6%.The infectious rate of syphilis was different in MSM looking for sex partners in different sites,and those often visiting public bathroom was the highest（17.1%）.Conclusions The infection of HIV,syphilis and Hepatitis C are present in MSM in Nanchang.
